Delivery of goods to Omniva or DPD self-service terminals:

When choosing delivery to Omniva or DPD parcel lockers, you will receive an SMS with the pickup information.

The goods will be delivered within 3–5 working days across Latvia.

Parcels are stored in the locker for 7 calendar days. Parcel lockers are open 24/7. After this period, the parcel is returned to the store.

Order Pickup from Our Store:

You can pick up your order at the Your Look store, located at Duntes iela 52.

The order will be ready for pickup within 2–3 hours.

It is recommended to pick up the order within 3 working days from the moment of ordering. If the order is not collected, our store will cancel it and refund the amount paid.

f the product does not meet the Buyer’s expectations, the Buyer has the right to return it within 14 days.
