Distance Contract

The seller of the goods offered in this online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, enter into the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.

All sizes and product measurements are approximate; however, we do our best to ensure their accuracy. In case of any doubts, please send your questions by email to [email protected] or call +371 26921654.

Product prices may change from time to time without prior notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched.

The price of the goods does not include delivery or return costs. During the ordering process, you will be informed about our delivery charges.

The Seller reserves the right to contact the Buyer regarding the placed order, the information provided by the Buyer, or lack thereof.

The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally suspend and/or cancel order fulfillment in case of non-compliance with the rules or lack of agreement.

Right of Withdrawal

To return a purchased product, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing by email to [email protected], indicating the order number.

Goods can only be returned if they are undamaged and unused. All return or exchange-related expenses shall be borne by the Buyer. The Seller has the right to deduct these costs unilaterally from the amount paid by the Buyer for the goods.

According to the Latvian Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 207, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchased goods and return them within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return purchased goods, please contact us in advance via email: [email protected] and fill out the return form. The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within five days after submitting or sending the written withdrawal notice.

To avoid misunderstandings, please ensure before ordering that the product matches your preferences in terms of color, shape, size, and materials. In case of any doubts, please contact us by email: [email protected].

The Seller reserves the right to deny the Buyer the right of withdrawal or to deduct compensation in the following cases:

• If the product has been used and/or damaged, is not in its original packaging, or the packaging is significantly damaged.

• If a defective product was purchased, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller by email: [email protected]. Otherwise, the return of the product will not be possible. By starting to use the product, the Buyer confirms that it meets their expectations, and the product will no longer be accepted for return.

• Outer packaging (cardboard box) deformed during transportation is NOT considered a defect unless the actual product is damaged.

The money paid for the product will be refunded by bank transfer within 7 days after the written notice of withdrawal is received.

According to Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal." The Seller reserves the right to deny the Buyer the right of withdrawal or compensation in case of product damage, negligent handling, failure to follow instructions, or if the original packaging is lost or significantly damaged.

Data Processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data provided will be used by the Seller to receive and deliver the goods, as well as for promotional material. By submitting information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to order processing will be sent to the provided email address.
